Job Description
The Trainer is responsible for meeting training needs of colleagues across the enterprise using blended learning, classroom learning and virtual learning delivery modalities. With the support and guidance from the Instructional Designers and Sr Trainer, the Trainer is responsible for the internal development, coordination, creation, implementation and evaluation of training activities for designated areas of the organization. The Trainer collaborates with associates at all levels and multiple disciplines across the organization.
Our Hybrid work schedule means you will do majority of training virtually but will also need to train new hire employee classes, in our office. These in person training dates are rotated between the training staff on a bi-weekly basis.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
One to three (1-3) years of experience in a training capacity or equivalent experience

Previous presentation and training skills

Competent PC skills and proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge and understanding of Medicare Supplement plans or Healthcare Insurance knowledge

Bachelor's degree required OR equivalent work experience
