bswift is currently seeking a Lead Director – Client Services to join our Channel Partners team. We are currently seeking a Lead Director Client Services to join our Channel Partners Client Services team. The primary objective of this position is to lead, manage and inspire a team of people that produce raves through the implementation of new clients and ongoing service and support for a book of clients representing $9,000,000 to $12,000,000+ in annualized revenue.

The bswift software is used to present the employee with a shop, buy and enroll experience for selecting employer-sponsored employee benefit offerings online, and bswift software facilitates the transfer of data files to insurance companies, payroll companies, and other vendors that need information about the plan selections and costs of benefits chosen by the employee. We train the client’s staff on how to sell, implement and service their own clients using bswift software. We assist the channel partner staff as they work through their responsibilities, but normally we don’t have direct contact with the employer or employees that use the bswift software. This team is responsible to manage client deliverables for channel partners who license bswift software.

You will also be responsible for leading a client portfolio on the Client Services - Channel Partner team.

Fundamental Components:
• People Development & Staffing
o Leadership and People Development; hire, equip, inspire, and retain great people who reflect our core values.
o Lead and manage high performing teams to exceed individual, team, & company goals.
o Forecast and manage staffing levels and associated expenses.
• Sales & Leadership
o Actively participate as a member of the Channel Partner Leadership Team; maintain open communication with bswift service team leaders & peers.
o Directly responsible for multiple key client relationships, SOWs, and Implementations.
o Function as the executive escalation point for clients in portfolio.
o Lead and ensure strategic activity at each client is meeting objectives.
o Assist in sales and marketing efforts as needed.
o Lead and manage the Channel Partner Retention Planning ongoing processes and reporting
• Program Management / Process Improvement
o Implementations & Ongoing Client Support; work together with peers to continuously refine and improve related processes.
o Ensure the team is proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.
o Manage project governance and management reporting process, coordinate with internal partners and Channel Partner leadership.
o Proactively leverage data to support reduction in client support tickets, calls and emails.
o Participate in, and drive, select Channel Partner – or bswift-wide – initiatives.
• Product Development
o Product Management, consolidate and prioritize client requests related to system enhancements.
o Support Product Management by providing information (requirements, test cases, client contacts, etc.), quality assurance testing and client communication to support product development and roll-out.
•This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and solid interpersonal relationship skills to assist in conflict resolution.

Required Qualifications
•10+ years of client relationship or implementation experience
•Detailed knowledge of employee benefits and related technology solutions (bswift platform or a similar/competitive solution)
•Health & welfare client relationship management experience
•Leadership - Anticipating and innovating; collaborating for results; creating a world class diverse workforce.
•Experience leading teams to successfully execute multiple deliverables under strict time constraints while providing strategic guidance, direction, and coaching
•Experience managing organizational financials
•Ability to assist and equip others to efficiently solve complex problems
•Demonstrated success with client satisfaction
•Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary
•Willingness to travel as needed for client and business meetings (up to 20% of the work week and weekends when necessary)
