This position works out of our Plymouth, MN location in the Structural Heart division. Our business purpose is to restore health and improve quality of life through the design and provision of device and management solutions for the treatment of structural heart disease.
We are seeking an experienced, high-caliber medical assembler group lead to join our team. You will coordinate production activities and ensure that products are continuously processed in accordance with build schedules. This role includes a $1500 sign-on bonus!
Weekend shift: Friday - Sunday, 5:00am - 5:30pm
What You’ll Work On
Coordinate communication of work instructions and training to personnel in accordance with supervisory objectives
Accumulate information for assigned areas regarding work in process inventory status and daily output quantities while ensuring that quality and production goals are met
Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
Maintain positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors
An Associate’s Degree or equivalent is highly desired
6 or more years of progressive assembly experience, including the ability to lead a team
Demonstrated knowledge of LEAN manufacturing, assembly, production technical skills, and clean-room manufacturing
1-3 years of experience as a group lead in a manufacturing environment is highly desired
