This exciting opportunity will be supporting the Distribution Center in Waverly, NY!
CVS Health is hiring a Supply chain Systems Sr. Analyst.
This position will oversee a team of up to 6 colleagues.
In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and modifications of the Warehouse Management System as well as acting as the local liaison between the Mainframe and Application Development departments. You will work closely with the Network/Telecom departments and the Technology Office to coordinate, troubleshoot and install physical infrastructure that supports the DC where applicable as well as oversee and approve entry of all moves / add / change requests.
Additional responsibilities include:
-Liaison to MHE vendors as it relates to data handling.
-Work with all intelligent devices including Sortation Control Systems, Pick to Light, Tablet Picking.
-Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures.
-Liaison between warehouse facility, WMS vendor and MIS Department for problem resolution.
-Support of all data processing hardware including printers and terminals.
-Total support of LAN (Local Area Network) configuration.
Implementation of all future releases of software
-Coordinate inventory tracking of in stock supplies including forms, ribbons, etc. and report usage to MIS.
-Supervise nonexempt staff.
-Maintenance of all control tables within the WMS including access security.
-Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is ready and available to all end users.
-Manage the peripheral interfaces with the WMS such as Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers.
-Manage and monitor end user access and rights and report to the SOX Compliance Department on a quarterly basis.
-Develop reporting tools for users to have better visibility into the WMS and Operating Metrics, whether via Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
-2+ years of experience within a distribution center and/or warehouse environment
-2+ years of data analysis experience
-2+ years of leadership experience
-2+ years system administration experience

-2+ years of technical and analytical experience with a production related industry.
-2+ years of leadership experience.
-Solid working knowledge of all MS Operating Systems and MS Office applications.
-Solid working knowledge of Unix AIX and Unix SCO.
-Understand the requirements in writing SQL statements in Oracle.
-Excellent writing skills, computer and application skills.
-Strong presentation, analytical, and project management skill
-Must be able to function in a team environment.
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
Bachelors in Computer Science or other related technical field preferred
