Job Description
• Correspond with applicants via phone to collect and analyze Insurance or health information that facilities the risk assessment process and provides underwriting support.
• Document and communicate policy approvals to the insurance agents and clients in a timely manner.
• Assist Insurance agents and clients on whether they qualify for Guarantee Issue or Open Enrollments within their state Guidelines.
• Following up with clients or Insurance agents on policies
• Requesting decline letters to be sent out
• Explaining the appeal process with agents or applicants
• Escalating Queries or concerns
• Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find the appropriate solution

Engages, consults and educates members based upon the member unique needs, preferences and understanding of Aetna plans, tools and resources to help guide the members along a clear path to care.

Required Qualifications
1 year previous call center experience and / or
customer service experience
