Open to candidates located anywhere in NJ. This is a work from home flexible position with travel requirements.
Review and track trends for New Jersey Choice Assessments and Interim Plan of Care documents, communicating with Case Managers via the Electronic Health Record to indicate if assessments are approved. Detail oriented and strong assessment skills required. Adherence to timelines provided by State of NJ, ability to handle high volume of assessments.
The Nurse Reviewer is required to have proficient computer skills. The positions requires reviewing of assessments in preparation for transmission to the State of NJ to request Medicaid clinical eligibility. Use of Excel and strong communication skills are required. Comfort and confidence in providing feedback to Supervisors and Case Managers.
- Unrestricted and active RN license in New Jersey.
-Willing and able to travel to Princeton, NJ using your own vehicle up to 35% of their time.
-Valid Driver's License required.
-Successful completion of the NJ Choice certification is a contingency of employment. As per NJ Division of Aging Services, Office of Community Choice Options guidance, an exam score of 80% or higher is required, along with successful completion of the State training modules, and field mentoring component.

Associate's Degree required; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
