As a Pharmacy Technician at Omnicare you will:
Work in an environment where the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained as well as full compliance with all Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.
Work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates compassionate, genuine care for patients and customers
Take important steps to ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for our patients and they demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Work within assigned pharmacy workstations, to safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions all while providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations. Workstations include:
• Packaging, Order Entry, Customer Service
Perform other duties as assigned
• Acceptance into a professional and accredited pharmacy program
• Must hold a current Pharmacy Intern License
• Commitment to assigned schedule, including rotating shifts and weekend hours, if necessary
• Must be computer literate
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Customer service experience required
COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Experience in a long term care pharmacy (not required)
Pharmacy Intern License
Currently enrolled in an accredited PharmD Degree program
