The New Business Sales Support position is responsible for managing the start to end RFP process to deliver new business sales. Ensures timely and accurate enrollment, installation, set up and eligibility for new sold accounts. Supports client retention by providing issue resolution and information to existing account(s).
This is a client facing position that works independently to solve problems and resolve issues to enable the Account Management team to focus on strategy and growth
- Produces a variety of correspondence, reports, and presentations using PowerPoint and Excel
- Open enrollment support
- Participate in special projects
- Will work directly with clients benefit team
- Knowledge of Excel
- Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Supports a positive team environment
- Maintains quality goals and production
- Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision
