Provide support to the Large Case Pensions organization by developing and distributing thorough, accurate and timely external/internal participant and management report solutions while achieving a high level of customer service.
This position involves two critical areas of responsibility; participant reporting functions as described above and a technical resource for the development of business applications, bulk processing of benefit payment services, and customized reporting requirements.
2+ years of Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, Access)
2+ years of SAS, QMF experience

SQL and Visual Basic knowledge
Understanding of defined benefit pension plans, benefits, forms of annuity.
Solid financial and mathematical aptitude.
Strong technical skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and oral).
Conscientious and attentive to detail - high degree of accuracy and timeliness in all responsibilities.
Well organized; ability to multitask and manage many different responsibilities at the same time.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
