The FP&A Manager will be a part of a new team within the PBM Finance FP&A area focused on financial guarantees.
This new team will be responsible for all non-standard financial guarantees and related terms/deliverables.
The goal of this new team is to take over all the non-standard guarantees that are currently managed through various teams within the PBM and have single centralized ownership and oversight, leading to less financial risk and client service issues.
The team will have clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) around terms and conditions, management of guarantees, tracking and reporting, and a process for identifying new or changing guarantees and contracts renew or are modified.
5+ years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting compacity.

- Financial Modeling experience
- PBM and/or Underwriting experience
- Experience working with large datasets.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience - Finance and Accounting, MBA Preferred
