Job Description
*Fully Remote*

**This candidate will need to be able to work Sat - Wed 1pm to 930pm est**

Provide IT Computer Services Department with technical support in the management and operation of the computing environment through the effective use of standard monitoring tools, processes and procedures needed to achieve highly available computer services in Aetna's Mainframe, Midrange, Distributed/Server, Network and Intranet/Internet WEB environments. Services desk calls, **This candidate will need to be able to work both Saturday and Sunday on 2nd shift ** 1pm to 930pm est

Required Qualifications
- 3+ months experience with IT
