In this vital role you will will be responsible for the implementation of a new artwork management system, ESKO, into the existing Amgen eco-system with applications like VEEVA, LEXA and integrations through Workato, Mulesoft and Databricks while using Tableau for analytics and reporting purposes. By collaborating across different Business and IS teams you will support the development of a vision for how technology can be leveraged to solve critical business problems, understand the impact of technical solutions on business outcomes and ensure to improve the ROI of investments made. As a successful System Analyst, you will lead the overall operation of development, maintenance, and support of the required IS services and you will develop strong domain knowledge in the assigned area.
The role requires the aptitude to learn a complex business domain quickly and the agility to respond to rapidly evolving internal and external requirements. The ability to be organized, communicate clearly, and focus on detail will be essential.

Basic Qualifications:
Master’s degreeOR
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience
OrAssociate’s degree and 6 years of Informations Systems experience
OrHigh school diploma / GED and 8 years of Information Systems experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in Information Systems and Business Analysis
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including a natural ability to convey complex technical topics to diverse audiences
- Affinity with Languages
- Possesses strong learning agility and technical know-how - ability to breakdown complex topics issues and into practical plans for team execution
- Desire to work with a truly multifaceted and exciting team, with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
- Excellent critical and analytical thinking with proven attention to detail
- Knowledge/experience in supply chain / packaging / labeling / artwork business functions
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Labeling and Artwork Management applications such as Esko Web Center, Document management applications such as Veeva Vault, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Tableau, XML, MS-Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator)
- Knowledge/experience with use of Agile methodologies
