Job Description
We have an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated team player to join our Enterprise Channel Program Design & Operations Strategy team within the CVS Caremark Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) division of CVS Health!

As a Product Design and Operations Strategy Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional product operation and delivery across our enterprise member/patient-facing channels to serve our broader payor chronic care management and prevention product portfolio with a particular emphasis on product operational design, member/patient engagement strategy, operational improvement, business analytics, and stakeholder management.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Designing, operationalizing, and launching new chronic care management and prevention products and product enhancements within our enterprise member/patient-facing operations such as CVS Pharmacy, MinuteClinic, and Aetna Nurse Care Management assets

- Synthesizing both quantitative & qualitative data and developing KPIs to meet business requirements

- Leading operational improvement within our operations by developing quality improvement agendas using qualitative and quantitative insights

- Working cross-functionally and managing key business partners to identify and execute on strategic new development and improvement initiatives

- Successfully communicating key findings and performance metrics to cross-functional teams and senior leadership to inform strategic priorities and next steps

- Owning multiple work streams and proactively managing partners to deliver on product operational success and key business goals

To be successful, you will utilize your strong critical thinking, analytics and problem-solving skills to translate findings into actionable solutions. With your strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse internal teams, combined with your ability to work effectively both independently and as a team and coach/mentor other members, your work will have a meaningful impact to our clients and members, helping people on their path to better health.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of related work experience in a healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare technology operations, product, or strategy role such as healthcare consulting, healthcare product development, healthcare program management, healthcare product operations (graduate level education may be substitute for experience)
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint & Excel

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with clinical program/product design or operation
- Experience within the payor/B2B market sector
- Experience leading large projects

Education
- Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
