Job Description

We’re looking for top sales management talent! At CVS/Aetna we are expanding our Medicare Sales team and are looking for candidates who want an opportunity to become a part of a rapidly growing business segment. The candidate we are looking for will hire, train, and develop captive sales agents to achieve monthly sales goals using our competitive portfolio of Medicare Advantage & DSNP products within the Keystone market.

The manager we are looking for will support their team with a proven ability to manage community event activity, utilize corporate and self-generated lead reporting to develop monthly and annual sales plans aligned to member growth targets. This is a career position with a salary and sales incentive directly tied to team sales goals.

Fundamental Components/Job Description
• Accountable for leading and motivating a team of Field Sales Representatives in the achievement of objectives through in-home and community-based sales efforts.
• Develops, executes, and communicates market strategies aligned with CVS Health/Aetna objectives to achieve profitable growth.
• Establishes and monitors performance against specific goals for assigned market and for each Field Sales Representative.
• Recruits, trains, and motivates staff.
• Coaches staff in sales approach, lead generation activities, community relationship building and related sales activities.
• Provides input to provider and network development areas to ensure competitive position.
• Monitors industry information and competitive environment of the marketplace to position Aetna’s strengths in the best way.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of successful business to Health Care Insurance sales management experience
• 2-5 years selling Medicare products, including DSNP though in-home and community activities
• Active Health License & CMS Required Certification
• Demonstrated track record of hiring, training, and developing sales agent in a “captive environment”
• Technology proficiency with sales presentations and lead management CRM tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel within state
• Covid vaccine required
