This position will implement, support, train, and provide service documentation to our internal Digital Delivery personnel. Main Responsibilities- Level 3 Field Support:

- Mentors team members on Global Digital Delivery roles and responsibilities.
- Works with ADD Service Representatives worldwide to ensure timely issue escalation/resolution.
- Ensures compliant, technically accurate service documentation.
- Works closely with R&D, Product Management, Commercial and Marketing to implement Digital Delivery strategy on existing and new products
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar discipline including Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Healthcare Informatics.
- 6 years of work experience in clinical laboratory, biomedical engineering, diagnostic medical equipment servicing, IT networking or related service or laboratory field.
