Job Description
The Salesforce Strategy Lead will join the Guided Personal Service (GPS) Program to develop and manage the strategic direction between the Program and Salesforce partners, serve as an expert Salesforce advisor to the GPS Product Team, and oversee Program Reporting Strategy to maximize Salesforce relationship. This position is extremely hands on and will require continuous collaboration/consultation with peers, leaders, contributors, external partners, and various stakeholders to ensure the desired business outcomes are defined, executed, and achieved.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 100000
Maximum: 221000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
This position requires a confident, self-assured leader who can independently create, manage, and execute a wide range of strategies and roadmaps while providing consultative services to the GPS Product team to deliver holistic solutions. The individual must be able to partner with, collaborate with, and influence audiences ranging from executives to peers. The following qualities are critical: demonstrated leadership, effective communication, strategic thinking, highly organized, bias toward action, and problem solving.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce relationship and drive action that delivers on the needs of the program
- Work with GPS Product, UX teams, and IT partners to influence the creation of elegant code, state-of-the-art customer experiences and ensure solution designs support reporting needs
- Collaborate to drive solutions that would reduce cost and time to market
- Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning ceremonies
- Participate in Agile Scrum team activities including Sprint Planning, Solution Refinements, and Review and Retro
- Oversee the management of and report metrics to PMO, GPS Leadership, executive leadership, and stakeholders
