Job Description
Aetna’s focus on health, recovery and resiliency is essential in systemic change as the coordination amongst systems can drive health and wellness and address the social determinants of health. The concept of recovery and resiliency is essential in designing and developing structures which can respond in real time and be flexible to serve those needs. To effectively implement these recovery and resiliency modalities, a Recovery and Resiliency Administrator facilitates cooperation between the health plan and community-based organizations that focus on peer-to-peer services for the purpose of identifying voids in care that could assist and maintain community tenure.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 158,300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
•Requires lived experience with substance use/or mental health challenges
•Knowledge of existing community advocacy groups and the ability to collaborate with multiple system stakeholders on treatment, access to care, and recovery and wellness issues.
•Knowledge of community resources to assist in recovery.
•Knowledge of peer to peer resources.
•Experience developing and delivering training and education programs for a variety of audiences.
•Candidate must reside in Kansas
•Demonstrated proficiency with personal computers, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications.
•Ability to travel with personal vehicle. Must possess reliable transportation, valid/active driver’s license, and proof of vehicle insurance.
•Ability to work beyond core business hours, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
Completion of Peer Supporter Specialist training/ Peer Support Specialist Certification

Preferred Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field preferred.
•Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) preferred.

•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience.
