Job Description
For the Tech Level 1 Materials role you will perform a variety of duties for the Materials Management Department.

These responsibilities would include the following:

Processing customer returns
Helping to support the Inventory Coordinators
Acting as an internal resource for any questions /concerns about the inventory process

The hours of this role are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3 pm to 1:30 am.

The ideal candidate for this Material Technician role has 1+ years of experience in a distribution setting and previous experience using a 10 Key Pad on a computer

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 16.01
Maximum: 25.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• Regular and Predictable Attendance.
• Ability to stand Bend and Reach overhead for the duration of shift.
• Ability to read write and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs.

Preferred Qualifications
• Good verbal and written communication skills along with interpersonal skills in order to work with others in the Pharmacy to process orders.

• Experience in a pharmacy with understanding of prescriptions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be adept at reading/interpreting prescription terminology and medications.
• Must be able to recognize and identify commonly used generic drugs and the route of administration of these drugs.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals (including the ability to calculate dosages and days supply prescriptions).

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
