Job Description
Zinc Health Services has an opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our strategy and analytics team as a Sr Manager Business Analytics and Modeling for Trade Analytics. In this role you will work closely with internal partners to support our rebate contracting strategies that are integral to reducing costs for our participant clients. Zinc, as a GPO and affiliate of CVS Health, negotiates contracts with pharmaceutical manufacturers to control and reduce participant organization costs.

Key responsibilities:
-Will work closely with negotiators, internal analytics teams, and external partners to develop, implement, and maintain automated tools and models aligned to execution needs
-Responsible for performing modeling and analytics that value rebate contracting strategies and report on key trends
-Train other staff members on tools/models
-Analyze and interpret key data inputs used for financial analysis and modeling
-Other ad-hoc projects as needed

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 158,300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
-7 years of relevant work experience
-Experience in financial analysis and modeling
-Advanced excel skills including macros and VBA
-Mature problem solving and analytical skills
-Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
-Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database
-Proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau
-Experience in managed healthcare, preferably PBM experience
-Experience in data mining and data manipulation

Education
-Bachelor's Degree in finance or technical field (i.e. data science, applied analytics, etc)
