Sr Analyst Payroll Tax

Job Description
Fully remote position candidates can apply from any state.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM with some flexibility.
No weekends, holidays or travel will be required.

This position reports to the Functional Payroll manager within HR Shared Services. This function is primarily responsible for the activities related to payroll tax governance, administrative support, data integrity as it pertains to payroll tax reporting, audits, and preparing deliverables for internal and external stakeholders. This role will collaborate with Sr. Analysts to ensures accuracy and timeliness of various payroll related activities.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 43,700
Maximum: 97,400

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience as a subject matter expert in payroll and payroll tax related topics.
- The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills using MS Office programs.

Preferred Qualifications
APA Certified Payroll Professional (FPA considered)
15+ years payroll tax experience in a responsible role
- Must possess eagerness to learn and develop within the payroll/payroll tax space
- The candidate will work with various payroll vendors to ensure accuracy to a number of payroll tax related channels, including execution, payment, compliance and reporting requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience being 15+ years payroll tax experience in a responsible role.
