As the Switchboard Operator, you will use your ability to multi-task by directing incoming calls and self-directing/reprioritizing tasks as needed. Additionally, you will support other business units with a variety of administrative tasks, ranging from invoice processing, and mail services, to providing administrative support to the branch manager and staff while assisting with receptionist responsibilities as needed.

-Answer and route various customer calls to the necessary teams / business units that can help with their issues.
-Multi-tasking as needed
-Assist with twice monthly updates of the Avaya switchboard software (training will be provided)
-Assist mail department with adhoc mail projects
-Assist Facilities department with various invoice processing
-Assist other departments with adhoc projects as
-Self-directing/re-prioritizing tasks as needed

- 1+ year of experience in a customer service role
- 1+ year of Microsoft Outlook experience
