Member Communication - Analyst

Job Description
The Analyst, MCO is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the operational process to deliver the requested communications with the desired channel, accurately, timely and within allowable budget. He/She will manage Anthem business initiatives as well as supporting other commercial workstreams. This individual acts as point of contact to the business requester for all assigned communication projects. He/She will help educate requester on communication options or pull in other subject matter experts to assist with custom needs. This position will be responsible for tracking and the completion of multiple projects of varied complexity simultaneously. The position is structured to work within a team concept yet still affords the autonomy to work independently on specific projects.

This role will need to partner across all MCO teams and various external vendors to foster relationships, address questions, gain operational knowledge, and track progress against those requests.

This individual will also be trained on various operational processes supported by MCO teams to assist with execution during times of elevated volumes.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 40,560
Maximum: 81,100

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- Organizational/Project Management skills
- Strong Communication skills including ability to present and clearly articulate information to their Manager
- Problem Solving capabilities / Pro-active identification of areas requiring improvements
- Critical Thinking to actively and skillfully conceptualize, apply, analyze, and/or evaluate information
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple work tasks on an on-going basis.
- Highly motivated and able to work with limited supervision within established guidelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
- Proficient in workflow tools (Aprimo, Eproject, SalesForce, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Project

Associate or Bachelors degree preferred but not required
