As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the best-in-class subject matter expert for digital to build internal capabilities, activate actionable insights, create and optimize channel strategies and keep SOPs and business processes.

These responsibilities include some of the following:

Channel Strategy and Execution:

  • Analyze external and internal technology/platforms and landscape on an ongoing basis to drive current and future channel strategy
  • Develop & implement different digital channels in partnership with marketing and medical teams
  • Support Therapy Areas (TAs) strategies and priorities by identifying and evaluating innovative uses of the channel that drive customer value and growth
  • Coordinate with LT & marketers and above country team to understand needs, campaign requirements and local customer strategy

Analytics:

  • Feed marketing teams with digital customer behaviors and actionable insights
  • Support LT and marketing team in translating analysis and impact of digital solutions

Compliance, Control and Management Monitoring

  • Comply with company policies and processes for QMS, medical governance, procurement, IT, finance, EHS, and HR, as relevant
  • Maintain global standards, design/style guides, business processes for these channels
  • Understand and communicate regulatory and compliance risk to leveraging emerging solutions to meet brand objectives.

Digital Customer Relationship Management that will include:

  • Consent strategy, execution, and management; organize and optimize customer interactions
  • Draw insights at customer level and recommend algorithm based customer experience plans

Digital Project Management:

➢ Planning

  • Lead the development of required materials in collaboration with medical and commercial team based on identified needs of Virtual Representative and customers
  • Liaise across all key stakeholders to build strategic ways of working for Virtual
  • Representative and drive business objective

➢ Implementation and Execution

  • Ensure the achievement of HCP call effectiveness measures, KPIs and Call planning objectives
  • Ensure effective execution of communicating brand features and benefits, including pertinent programs and activities amongst target MDs
  • Further build HCP database by driving consent collection among GPs, IMs and Pharmacists through 1:1 and 1: many emailer
  • In charge of recording and updating relevant call details through Call Log, Veeva and TMP clean Up

➢ Evaluation

  • Support AP market research completion via monthly meetings with AP marketing research lead to assess project impact
  • Conduct monthly alignment meetings with stakeholders to communicate project status

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Sales and/or project management experience is required
  • Proficiency in power point and excel
  • Strong project management, planning and organization skills
  • Strong influencing skills and an ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in MCM execution and digital analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leading, Developing, Executing, customer engagement thru multiple digital platforms
  • Project management and leading cross functional teams
  • Experience in Pharma/Healthcare industry
