Senior Analytic Consultant

Job Description
• Understand key company initiatives and identify opportunities to leverage BI tools to inform decision making
• Define, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards for cross company business partners including (but not limited to): executive leadership board, operational leadership, and store management.
• Visualize outputs of data science models to convey results to business stakeholders
• Work with data engineering colleagues to leverage data from disparate enterprise databases, including prescription drug claims, Electronic Health Records, retail transaction data and publicly available sources.
• Own and manage stakeholder relationships across the business
• Establish workplans, timelines, and deliverables for analytics and BI projects, effectively weighing business and technical tradeoffs
• Manage complex databases, and assist in the manipulation of large data sets
• Present analytics results and recommendations to senior stakeholders, tying progress to enterprise goals
• Share insights across teams to inform collaborative efforts

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,000
Maximum: 167,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience leading analyses and data-driven initiatives with a demonstrated track record of business impact
• 3+ years’ hands-on experience developing dashboards and storytelling using Tableau
• 2+ years of experience with SQL or any programming language
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills - written and oral
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
• Healthcare sector experience preferred
• Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
• Master's degree in quantitative field or MBA preferred
