Job Description
• Manages client relationship through:
o Overall responsibility for clients’ experience with MPS
o Client Operational Pharmacy Reporting (scheduled or ad hoc);
o Construction and delivery of plan reviews/analysis
o Client insight into clinical programs supported by Clinical and C.A.R.E Teams
o Client education on performance through reporting
o Delivering messages to internal and external partners as needed

• Ensures client renewal by delivering:
o Consultative solutions for constant improvement of pharmacy management
o Client savings year over year
o Accurate backend rate performance, reviewing and working with Pricing team to make corrections
o Serves in a collaborative process with Meritain Client Management
o Serves in a consultative role with plan or broker regarding plan build/ recommendation activities

• Serves as an escalation point and partner for the MPS Service team

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 60,300
Maximum: 126,600

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years client management experience
- 5+ years of healthcare administration experience
- Able to work well under pressure and shifting deadlines
- Able to work independently and with little supervision at times
- Experience in working with data, generating analyses and providing consultative value to external clients and other stake holders
