Job Description
*candidate must reside in KS or the Kansas City, MO Metro area*

Facilitates provider and member outreach to ensure member receipt of important services to improve member health outcomes. Provides support for Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) quality initiatives, regulatory/contractual requirements including outreach to members who are noncompliant in the designated program. Supports performance improvement projects through member outreach.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 19.52
Maximum: 38.99

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
-Minimum 2 years' recent and related healthcare marketing, outreach and/or health education experience
-Strong communication skills and experience speaking with medical providers
-ability to work independently
-Ability to use standard corporate software packages and corporate applications
