The Senior Manager, Talent Development manage development components, programs, offerings and events within CVS Health’s Talent Development offerings. It reports to the Lead Director of Talent Development.
This role will be responsible for design, delivery, and leadership of the Marketing Leadership Development Program; rotational development experiences that accelerate the advancement of early in career Marketing talent.
This role will be responsible for design and delivery of the Marketing Corporate Internship Program.
The Senior Manager will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of strategic, innovative, and practical leadership development interventions and solutions that address the dynamic and rapidly evolving environment in which we operate.
The Senior Manager will interact with partners at all levels; influencing, leading change and ensuring strategic alignment of business insight and talent capabilities in all programs will be paramount to his/her success.
This position can be local to a CVS Health office, or remotely based with travel requirements.

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (including air travel)
7+ years of experience in the design, development and implementation of development programs.

Perspective on the learning and development landscape and where CVS Health should be headed. You have the ability to provide proactive initiative and implementation of strategic plans and objectives.
Self-starter with strong organizational and leadership acumen and skills; able to work independently with minimal direction as needed.
Strong communication and influencing skills; effective listener, ability to connect and influence actions and outcomes with colleagues at all levels in the organization while navigating gray areas.
Experience interpreting internal business complexities and stays current on external business/industry dynamics to recommend solutions and best practices that make sense for our businesses and deliver the most value for our enterprise.
Ability to design, plan and expertly facilitate development experiences for early to mid level talent.
Ability to consult on development plans for entry level to mid level talent.
Ability to build trusted relationships quickly.
Ability to lead multiple projects at one time and manage competing priorities.
Superb written, presentation and oral communication skills.
Highest levels of accountability, integrity, and collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
