The Client Billing Financial Senior Analyst position requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual, looking to work for an industry-leading, Fortune 5 company. The position is a part of our Revenue Cycle Operations department, a dynamic and skilled group, which manages the billing operations for CVS Health’s PBM business – Caremark. The Advisor will play an instrumental role in the success of our PBM Client Billing team, as we help people on their path to better health.
The candidate must be able to work individually, as part of a team and across departments to deliver on key enterprise initiatives. They must have a proven track record managing multiple projects with strict deadlines, delivering best in class service to internal and external partners, identifying business and client requirements associated with department deliverables and resolving complex processes through creative and sustainable solutions. They must be able to identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency, utilizing automation. They must also be able to initiate and lead strategic initiatives which align to CVS corporate goals. They will be required to organize cross-functional teams to support larger organizational efforts and facilitate internal and external discussions to identify and resolve issues. Respond to internal and external inquiries and provide robust analysis to support findings. The candidate must be able to take large amounts of financial data, analyze and speak to the findings.

2+ years’ experience in a Finance or Operations based role

Experience with PBM
2+ years’ experience in a client facing role
SQL and data mining experience, with knowledge of Tableau, SAS & SAP software
Intermediate to expert level in Microsoft Excel, with experience using functions such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Filters, Macros, etc.
Self-starter, goal- oriented, ability to manage multiple assignments with strict deadlines
Project Management Experience
Experience completing SOX audit testing
GED or diploma
