Job Description
As a Cloud and DevSecOps Automation Engineer at CVS, you will be part of the team that supports the automation tools and CI/CD pipelines for the IaC program as well as developing automation code for cloud services. The Automation Engineering position is a highly skilled, technical position that requires intricate knowledge of several automation tools including (but not limited to) Ansible, CHEF and Terraform. In addition, experience working in a DevSecOps framework using standard CI/CD principles and working in public cloud environments are a requirement.

Day-to-day Responsibilities include:

 Writing automation for the Public Cloud native services
 Supporting other teams in the IaC program
 Manage tickets in the Automation ticket Queue
 Participate in Agile scrum meetings and present during Feature Demo’s
 Become proficient (if not already) in all automation tools
 Part of an on-call rotation that will require some off hours work
 Write and maintain documentation for our automation tools

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,000
Maximum: 167,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in at least 1 of the automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CHEF)
-3+ years of experience in remaining automation tools
-3+ years of experience of software development experience
-3+ years of experience writing Python and Powershell
-3+ year of experience working in a SAFe Agile Framework

Preferred Qualifications
 Depth in Terraform
 Direct experience with CI/CD tools including GIT, Jenkins and Octopus
 Container experience in Kubernetes or Openshift

Education
High School Diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
