Job Description
As a Senior Enrollment Coordinator, you will be supporting Caremark’s largest client, New England Joint Enterprises (NEJE). Reporting directly to the Enrollment Supervisor, the Enrollment Coordinator determines eligibility and performs various enrollment and disenrollment processes for Medicare Part D individual plan members and employer groups according to the CMS Guidance to ensure compliance.

This position requires a strong focus around member and client retention through accurate and timely resolution of issues and functions with minimal direction. The coordinator should be able to anticipate workflow needs based on The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Guidance, established processes, policy and procedures. The Enrollment Coordinator will partner cross functionally with various operational business units while supporting departmental objectives within company and regulatory guidelines.

The preferred candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, a strong work ethic, will be team oriented but with the ability to work independently and must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also necessary to be successful in this role. This position requires the flexibility to work occasional Saturdays.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 18.50
Maximum: 34.60

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
1+ years of general work experience

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of healthcare industry experience including Medicare Part D experience and patient/beneficiary services
- Understanding of healthcare terminology and definitions
- Bachelor’s degree

Verifiable GED or High School diploma required
