In search of a Senior Events Project Manager to join the Medicare team. This person will manage sponsorships, large scale events, trainings, and high profile partner meetings across the Medicare Enterprise. Some duties include running large scale events including Meetings, Incentive Trips, Expos, and Trainings.
In addition, this will include, concept design, project planning, budget management, attendee management, project reporting, implementation, production and post event metrics/surveys.

- 5+ years of Project Management experience with large scale events and meetings, design or related field.
- Will require a collaborative effort working with teams across the business and enterprise.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, are essential to the position.
- Must be able to problem solve quickly when on-site.
- Ability to plan and execute projects that span up to 2 years.
- Experience working and negotiating with vendors
- Proficient in excel, word and Powerpoint.
- Experience working in Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, Miro and event registration software.
Project Management experience with large scale events and meetings. Proven track record in developing project plans, achieving project milestones and negotiating for resources. Experience working and negotiating with vendors, and business partners to achieve meeting/event vision. Virtual and On-Site conference experience including general session and breakout room admin and scheduling. Experience with television-like production that can span across multiple time zones.
College Degree or 5+ year relative experience
