Job Description
A person in this role is a confident, highly motivated, organized individual with exemplary communication, time management, prioritization, and interpersonal skills. This role manages all aspects of the SAFe training program including evaluating demand, planning/scheduling offerings, instructor assignment, course logistics, supplier coordination, issue resolution, producing, and reporting. This individual also contributes to and manages learning management system releases. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,000
Maximum: 167,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
3+ years project management experience

3+ years experience with Outlook, Word, Excel,

Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of learning management systems
Familiarity with SAFe training curriculum and materials
SAFe training certification(s)
PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, database software
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability
Outstanding communication, collaboration, facilitation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage schedule of course offerings based on demand, instructor availability, and management requests
- Coordinate with cross department resources to source and fill offerings, and share best practices and materials
- Coordinate all course logistics including but not limited to course/offering set up, communications, pre-session technical session coordination, course material ordering, mailing, and tracking, roster and license management, issue resolution
- Ensure instructor special requests for logistics, materials and reporting are addressed
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with instructors, students, cross-department training resources, SAI and FedEx representatives
- Act as a point of contact for students, vendors and instructors
Perform Reporting and Materials Updates including:
- Administer the recordkeeping system to track student training participation, certification, and license consumption
- Reconcile training management system and SAI records
- Create and disseminate monthly management reports
- Coordinate training material updates for version changes
- Create and evaluate demand reports
- Address ad-hoc training requests
- Reconcile printing vendor billing invoices with requests
Perform In-Class Producing:
- Ensure all technical aspects of virtual training are set up and available prior to class start
- Assist instructor with exercise and video sharing, coordinate breakout sessions
- Troubleshoot technical and student issues during class
- Add relevant class examples to instructor example repository
- Assist instructor as needed to ensure successful class outcome
Manage learning management system releases:
- Assist Senior Manager in managing learning management system updates and releases
- Participate in identification and requirements of system updates
- Participate in testing as needed

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
