• Pulaski County (Belspring, Draper, Dublin, Hiwassee, New River, Newbern, Parrott)
• Radford City
• Wythe County (Fort Chiswell/Max Meadows, Wytheville, Rural Retreat, Austinville, Barren Springs)

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM; no weekends; major holidays off.

Develop, implement, support, and promote Health Services strategies, tactics, policies and programs that drive the delivery of quality healthcare to establish competitive business advantage for Aetna. Health Services strategies, policies, and programs are comprised of utilization management, quality management, network management and clinical coverage and policies.

Utilizes critical thinking and judgement to collaborate and inform the case management process, in order to facilitate appropriate healthcare outcomes for members by providing care coordination, support and education for members through the use of care management tools and resources.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 19.50
Maximum: 40.10

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Must possess previous experience as a compliance analyst in a related field.

Experience formulating compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation along with advanced analytical abilities
Must possess a clean Driving Record and Virginia Drivers License
50-75% travel will be required in the following areas of the Roanoke Region: New River Valley:
• Montgomery County (Blacksburg/Christiansburg)
• Giles County (Pearisburg, Narrows, Pembroke, Rich Creek, Glen Lyn, Eggleston)
• Pulaski County (Belspring, Draper, Dublin, Hiwassee, New River, Newbern, Parrott)
• Radford City

Preferred Qualifications
Case Management and discharge planning experience
2 years experience in behavioral health, social services or appropriate managed care experience preferred

Education
Bachelor's degree or non-licensed master level clinician required, with either degree being in behavioral health or human services preferred (psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling)
