Job Description

For the Senior Product Manager role within Human Health Insights, Analytics and Data (HHIAD) organization, we seek a strategic, innovative, and entrepreneurial leader with demonstrated success delivering Data and Analytical products and solutions. Their responsibilities are to lead cross-functional teams to drive forward data and analytical transformation. Engages key stakeholders, customers, and partners to rapidly assess needs, develop roadmaps, and deliver solutions and adoptions. Focus on solving complex problems. Known for pioneering first-of-a-kind initiatives and creating clarity while leading towards organizational goals. Fosters employee development and engagement by cultivating high potential leaders, fueling company succession plan. Ensure that tools, products, and platform architectures are aligned with the company's mission and vision.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end product/project/portfolio life cycle management

  • Manage and share product/project/portfolio-level strategy with senior leadership and product teams

  • Create a business-level vision and identify where to invest across the portfolio

  • Ensure that the products contribute to moving broader organizational objectives forward

  • Identifying new product opportunities, deciding how to improve existing products, and optimizing resource allocation across the suite

  • Define a set of objectives that span across multiple products and link the suite to the business strategy

  • Build portfolio roadmap and visualize the progress of each product

  • Understand the markets that each product in the portfolio serves

  • Maximize ROI and analyze portfolio progress against business KPIs

  • Prioritization and resource adjustments to keep the portfolio on track towards achieving those high-level objectives

  • Established predictable cadence for quarterly roadmap planning, product releases, and portfolio-level visibility for resource allocation

  • Design product teams, recruit high-caliber talent, implement agile processes and structure

  • Own voice of the customer and partner with different teams to drive product maturity and shape roadmap to achieve product/market fit and market recognition

  • Develops and maintains the operating budget for the group, managing all resources, operational enhancement programs, and procurement processes


  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or related field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, etc.)


  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated expertise in data and analytics solutions including a strong technical hands-on understanding of tools and architecture.

  • Product Manager experience in building agile products.

  • Valid experience in Product Development Frameworks, SDLC, Data Science Life Cycle.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders


  • Understanding of Global Sales and Marketing data domains

  • Prior Pharma Experience

  • Prior hands-on experience in DevSecOps and coding languages like Python, Java

  • AWS Cloud Certifications
