Associate Director, HCP Marketing PREVYMIS - Remote (R134606)
This Associate Director reports to the acting US Marketing Leader for PREVYMIS within the US Hospital Specialty Business Unit. The HCP Strategy and Execution role will be accountable for driving key strategic brand work and its execution through collaboration with Sales Leadership, Marketing, the Digital Engagement Team (DET), Learning & Development and the US Anti-Infective Sales team. Additionally, this role will also be responsible for overseeing data analytics and customer insights to evaluate performance and diagnose areas of opportunity related to the current HSCT indication for PREVYMIS.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Define brand strategies and opportunity spaces for the HSCT indication through collaborative cross enterprise engagement
Partner with multiple stakeholders and the sales force in all aspects of preparation, planning and ongoing integration related to product promotion, customer engagement and strategy execution
Leverage knowledge of the customer and engagement data to ensure a cohesive omnichannel customer experience, identify gaps and opportunities and to maximize performance
Partner with DET and Sales / Sales Leadership in all aspects of preparation, planning and ongoing integration related to product promotion, customer engagement and execution
Lead the strategies for setting and achieving KPIs, executional frameworks and counter-competitive plans
Collaborate with Field Sales and Sales Training to identify and prioritize training and development
Lead strategy for segmentation, targeting, KPIs, meetings, and communications
Position Location: Position will be based in Upper Gwynedd, PA however will have the option to be virtually based.
Required Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 2 years Pharma/biotech experience OR a minimum of 3 years combined strategic marketing, brand management, sales or business support experience in any industry, is required
Strong written/verbal communication skills as demonstrated through experience in strategy & marketing business case communication, sales interface, direct customer engagement and/or sales presentations
Requires up to 20% travel
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience in the hospital segment
Experience in a highly regulated environment (with medical/legal review processes)
Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and/or customer and market insights to make business decisions
Strong project management skills as demonstrated by prioritizing activities, using resources optimally, establishing appropriate deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery
Understanding of health care ecosystem, market access environment, and drivers of value in health care
Experience with communication/marketing to health care providers
Experience influencing without direct authority, navigating complex or matrix organizations and working successfully with cross-functional teams
