We’re currently searching for a Master Data Management (MDM) Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic Solution delivery team under the Foundational Data & Analytics team Unit in West point, USA. As part of this role, Under the guidance of DnA Delivery lead you will responsible for technical implementation of non – discretionary Improvements/changes in US Customer master data ( USCM ) solution and thrive to be one of the technical steward in MDM area of Data and Analytics . Candidates should be delivery-oriented, data-driven, possess exceptional partnership and communication skills, and have the ability to drive results fast without compromising the quality.

Functional Responsibilities:

Lead the USCM technical implementations from initiation until handover to support teams, includes creation of Schedule & Resource Plan, Progress Tracking, Status update to steering committee, Running Daily Scrum calls and facilitate discussion with dependent initiatives.

Direct the team of cross functional resources to enable solutions to support USCM needs, this includes Planning detailed work break down and progress tracking at individual functional areas like Architecture, Development, Testing etc..

Facilitate & host discussions with divisional IT to understand the business need and develop clear success criteria & Technical delivery Plan for solving for the need under guidance of MDM Lead.

Be the single point of contact for Project Schedule, execution and Status.

Develop high-level cost estimates and support leadership team to help guide the investment decisions and efforts to secure funding.

Work with the Leadership and platform teams to assemble the resources into a team that can help build the solution to support the business need.

Work closely with USCM Solution architect and other platforms teams, business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.

Work with partners to develop and maintain long-standing relationships and leverage these relationships to augment resources to execute on the project.

Able to think out of the box on situation dependent issues.

Comfortable working in ambiguous environment.

Ability to multi-task and work within time constraints.

Open and receptive to listening, and discerning pain points.

Leads with ideas, evidence and creates and fosters a collaborative atmosphere.

Proven record of accomplishments in major or enterprise level projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree in Information systems engineering, computer science, economics, statistics, or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as Technical or Development lead in implementation of end to end MDM Solution.
  • 2+ years of hands on experience in any MDM Tools like Informatica, SAP etc.
  • Experience with internal and external Data sources.
  • 3+ years of hands on experience in Solution Delivery planning & Execution, this includes creating Schedule & Resource plan, Status tracking, coaching and mentoring team etc..
  • Work Experience and understanding of SDLC deliverables in project.
  • Proven experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies like waterfall, agile, etc..
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred:

Experience in working with cross geography team and in onsite - Offshore delivery models.

Experience in Customer MDM solution implementation.

Experience in Pharmaceutical industry Commercials business process .
