Position Description:

The Contract Operation Support Associate Director is responsible for maintaining the high level of operational support within Customer Contract Management (CCM) organization by providing advanced decision support to the customer segments and developing effective solutions that improve organizational efficiency and information accuracy. Additionally, the Contract Operation Support Associate Director will lead cross functional project teams that deliver enhanced CCM system capabilities and business processes, aligned with industry standards, enabling achievement of departmental objectives and business needs. This position will manage two senior specialists and two contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for cross functional business processes to improve CCM contract administration practices with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Lead the development of system enhancements, and business processes to improve controls and compliance in customer transaction excellence.

  • Champion the continuous improvement culture, focusing on the following results: eliminate low value work; streamline value-added processes; increase customer and employee satisfaction, and enhance contract/regulatory compliance.

  • Provide advice, guidance and expertise to determine and develop effective solutions that improve efficiency and cross functional capabilities.

  • Drive operating efficiencies and cost savings.

  • Contribute to the broader U.S. Market and Finance Project Portfolio and Strategic Initiatives by ensuring efficient and effective CCM system capabilities.

  • Manages staff to ensure excellence and quality in coordination and execution.

Position Qualification:

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Undergraduate Degree

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years experience

  • Customer Contract Management, Managed Markets, and/or GHH Operations experience

  • Leadership experience that demonstrates a strong record of driving solutions to complex business problems

  • Excellent project management, with strong oral and written communication skills

  • Prior people management experience

  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to provide clear, unambiguous expectations and priorities.

  • Ability to motivate and reward team members.

  • High aptitude for compliance /transactional excellence

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple diverse internal and external stakeholders.
