Job Description
Do you want to make a large impact in your next analytics role? Join Zinc Health Services, a CVS Health subsidiary, as the Analytics Senior Advisor on the Trade Relations team. The primary goal of the Trade Relations team is to develop and grow a market leading commercial trade contracting organization, both creating new opportunities to create value, and responding to market and customer needs. The team will create value through standard processes including planned quarterly reviews. Identify and capitalize on market changes and new product entries.

As Analytics Senior Advisor, you will create and maintain business presentations and operations documentation.

You will:

- Create and analyze data to identify actionable insights and updates to Trade Relations leaders, including identifying concerns and considerations, and gathering and distributing data partners.

- Identify and create analytics and presentations to manage products.

- Support cross-functional partners to operationalize trade strategies, utilizing your excellent communication skills in an agile, fast-paced environment

To be successful, you will utilize your attention to detail, ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems, and project management experience to support concept through post implementation of product and operational improvements. Your superb problem solving, analytical, communication, and presentation skills will also be key to your success.

Ideally, this Senior Advisor will reside within a commutable distance from our Bloomington MN or Northbrook IL offices. Will consider work-from-home from anywhere in the US.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 158,300

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications
-5+ years of experience in Analytics
-Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in managed care which may include PBM, Pharma, market access, account management, specialty pharmacy, or health plan experience.
- Total quality management experience and application e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Process
- Experience in SAS, SQL, Tableau and/or Alteryx

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
Bachelor’s degree required
