Background & Purpose of the Job

We are looking for an Analytics Product Team Lead to help deliver a portfolio of innovative digital products across the North America iOps (integrated operations) Team that will delight the consumer. This role will provide the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple segments of the iOps organization and keep the user experience at the top of all priorities. The North America ProductsTeam Lead – Integrated Operations will lead will be partnering with internal data scientists, project managers and external stakeholders across the business to deliver advanced analytics. The ideal candidate is an experienced data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data and building process improvements.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

The NA D+A team is comprised of data engineering, data science and product management. As a Data Team Lead in the NA iOps Organization, you will create and maintain optimal data pipelines architectures through Azure and build large, complex data models in partnership with the NA D&A team. This includes working with business stakeholders to gather goals and outline requirements all the way through building the technical components. This role requires a detail oriented, creative technologist, comfortable working in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Education & Training: Degreein computer science, analytics,information technology or related technical discipline required Graduate degree in related field a plus. Minimum of three years of professional experience in analytics industry, CPG industry experience a plusExtensive experience with SQL requiredExperience with SAP and/or Oracle databases preferred. Exposure to or experience using Microsoft Azure and Azure services preferred R or Python experience a plus • Motivated self-starter with a strong enthusiasm to learn• Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership in delivering for our customer and businesses.
