Collaborative Manufacturing PMO Analyst (R-35793)

Background & Purpose of the Job

New position responsible for supporting the Collaborative Manufacturing, CM, network.Manage set up, process improvements, and system improvements, for multiple complex and concurrent innovations activities in the collaborative manufacturing network.Work collaboratively on cross-business teams to drive improvements to unlock growth and drive savings across business units.

Who You Are & What You’ll Do

  • Establish and implement collaborative manufacturing change management requirements including process, system, and reporting changes.
  • Manage project timelines and readiness of third-party manufacturers to support innovation & overflow requirements.
  • Manage data collection and system set up of new third-party manufactures.
  • Develop process flow diagrams and training documents covering the change management processes for CMs.
  • Initiate development of IT capabilities to simplify and expedite innovation and product overflow, all types of production movement.
  • Develop training documents, share best practices, and lessons learned within assigned business teams.
  • Report & monitor CM process improvement KPIs, schedule timelines, & cost savings opportunities.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • It is highly recommended that the incumbent has a strong supply chain background, be entrepreneurial in day-to-day thinking, be a team player, have a strong sense of urgency to get the job done, with strong communication skills.
  • Generates significant value to the business via innovation support, speed to market, manufacturing flexibility, capital avoidance, and lower total cost of goods.


Education University degree – any discipline


  • Recommended two years relevant experience
  • Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Quality, or other appropriate functional business experience in planning, finance or supply chain with a proven track record of strategic analysis, lateral thinking, business process improvement and virtual team leadership
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Preferably skilled with SAP
  • Strong Excel skills

  • Needs to have basic appreciation of all supply chain general / cross-functional professional skills
