Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing, L.P. is seeking a skilled individual for our After Market Marketing Manager position at our DTTP - Waller, TX location. This position will support the overall growth initiatives for the Aftermarket parts and supplies business for both COD and Independent Distribution. About DTTP

Daikin Texas Technology Park- has a footprint of 4.23 million square feet under a single roof, and is the third largest factory in the United States. Opened in 2017 as the manufacturing, logistics, and engineering center for Daikin's American subsidiary Goodman, the plant makes heating and air conditioning products sold under the Goodman, Amana, and Daikin brands.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • HVAC Product and Distribution background.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong experience with EXCEL – creating reports, etc.
  • Experience with PowerPoint and presentations.
  • Attention to detail and high quality work.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Previous sales experience


  • 5 plus years HVAC Product and Distribution experience is essential.
  • HVAC Sales experience – 3 plus years.
  • Other Distribution experience is helpful.


  • Bachelor’s Degree desired but work experience may be acceptable.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Limited Travel will be required (less than 20%)
