Location of the Job: Jefferson City , MO

Shift: 8 hours Monday -- Friday with 30% on PM/Night Shift,

The AM/PM Lead is responsible for delivering improved manufacturing performance in their assigned Cell. They will have ownership of AM Standards, PM Standards, Change Over Standards, and Center Lines Standards, using both WCM and Run to Standard framework. This position will require flexibility in schedule to include up to 30% of time being spent on the PM shifts in order to help drive the department strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Development of the AM strategy and Standards for assigned cell.

  • AM standards creation and updates for all equipment centers.

  • Create calendar and execution plan for all AM activities.

  • Ensure all teams are trained on AM Standards

  • Development Change Over Check lists and guides for all equipment centers

  • Create and update Pre & Post Change Over task lists

  • Reduce Change Over Times using ECRS concept

  • Establish Center Lines for all equipment centers and Update

  • Update Center Lines utilizing OCAP (Out of Control Action Plan)

  • Create Theory of Operations for all centerline location and function Identified

  • Coordinate with Maintenance Lead and Maintenance Planners to schedule PM activities

  • Coordinate with Shift Coordinator to allocate resources

  • Engagement in PM activity and provide technical assistance to Tech Leads

  • Oversee technicians performing PM work. Evaluate for quality of work and efficiency/allocated time of PM

  • Recommend changes to PM plans

  • Ensure proper closure of PM records (notes, labor hours, parts, resulting WOs)

  • Coordinate the Execution of Corrective WOs (F-Tags)

  • Oversee the Initiation parts requisition for parts and tools required for equipment repairs (WO)

  • Coordinate with maintenance and planners for the execution of machine rebuilds

  • Adhere to pant GMP guidelines.

  • Train all new hires on operator certified safety

  • All other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 5 years technical/mechanical industrial manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Operational leadership experience preferred.

  • Computer, analytical, written, and oral communication skills required
