Position Summary

The candidate will be a highly visible member of the Wine & Spirits Operations Finance team, responsible for establishing a true financial business partnership with key operations leaders as we work to build a world-class Operations Finance Support team. The work requires a high-level of Excel competence, process orientation and problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Successful candidates will possess an out-going personality and strong communication skills, as duties involve interaction with various functions and levels within the company.

This person must be creative thinker and be proactive in working with his/her business partners to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and accuracy. This individual must be comfortable with new ideas, validating assumptions and constructively challenging to ensure that plans are aligned with overall company objectives.


  • Key lead role within Wine & Spirits Operations Finance supporting the Woodbridge Facility, including monthly close, executive, and departmental and P&L reporting, involving interactions with various functions & levels of the organization

  • Analyze SAP & BPC data to ensure accurate reporting of our financials as well as to explain material cost drivers and variances against targets

  • Assist with monthly forecasting of Cost variances and departmental risks & opportunities

  • Develop tools to aid in analytics

  • Support Global Operations Strategic planning requirements

  • Ad hoc analysis to support key business decisions (i.e. financial modeling, what-if scenarios, etc)

  • Being a lead on ancillary tracking and reporting

  • Bottling OH reporting and analysis

  • Special projects as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance preferred, with 5+ years of financial experience (MBA Preferred)

  • Professional accounting and/or finance background in the Wine & Spirits or CPG industry

  • Highly motivated, results oriented individual who excels in a dynamic environment.

  • Proven analytical skills, attention to details, and a solid knowledge of key finance and accounting concepts.

  • Aptitude to set priorities while managing multiple tasks, as well as proficiency for follow-up.

  • Individual who can take a project from inception to completion without extensive supervision is ideally suited to this position.

  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient PC skills: MS Office - predominantly Excel (pivot tables, filtering, and look-up formulas).

  • Experience with various ERPs and financial reporting tools

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

  • Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time

  • Primary work environment is professional corporate office

  • Ability to travel commercially to domestic and international locations
