The Opportunity:
The Senior Software Developer will be a fundamental member of the Motili Engineering team working closely with product and engineering to help build Motili’s world-class products and platform. Responsible for leading projects and developing designing, coding and testing new software application. Responsible for investigating, analyzing and making recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modifications. Mentor other developers to ensure development meets requirements and delivers a great user experience. The ideal candidate is a strong team player, great mentor, results orientated, has a dedication to excellence and sense of urgency to achieve business objectives.
