Pay Range = $15.56 - $22.87 based on skills and experience, with the ability to move up to top pay BEFORE the end of your probation period

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all phases of setting up and operating machinery (folder gluer).
The Operator is also responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and waste.
Act as the leader for the crew in future training process.
Set up the machine according to the order running.
Perform multiple quality checks on each order.
Verify material based on customer requirements, prior to running.
Work with team to meet daily goals.
Accurately record production data into computer daily.
Perform preventative maintenance and housekeeping.
Follow all process and procedures in place with safety rules and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years factory experience preferred
Strong safety background, good attendance record, and excellent communication skills.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to understand, execute, and provide verbal and written instructions.
Strong problem solving skills.
Strong computer skills with the ability to accurately complete all required computer/paperwork tasks.
