We are seeking applicants for a Maintenance Technician at 100 Willie Drive, Pearl, MS 39208.
Pay Range = 21.92/hr - 26.93/hr DOE
1.5x Pay over 40

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for of the maintenance related aspects the machinery and facility in support of a 24hr operation.
Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
Safely and accurately diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plant manufacturing equipment, including the facility and grounds.
Assume active role in overall plant and facilities-related work. Position requires assisting all jobs on the plant floor.
Follow all company safety rules and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.
Other duties as assigned.
2+ Years’ experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
A Technical Degree in the Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
Ability to work shift work to support production schedules and Maintenance Planning and Scheduling. No continuous rotating shifts but opportunities to move to preferred shift are common as company grows.
Experience in the Corrugated Packaging Industry is a plus.
Must be able to sit, stoop, and bend and while performing day-to-day duties in a non-air-conditioned environment.
Must be able to work overtime, weekends and any other shift as needed.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
