The Compensation and Benefits Services team within Total Rewards is responsible for the implementation, administration, and upkeep of global rewards programs. A unique opportunity exists within the Total Rewards Process Management team for Senior Analyst, Process Management. Reporting to Manager, Process Management, this position is responsible for the Long-Term & Equity administration.

The ideal candidate should have a deep analytical background, complex project experience, and strong written and oral communication skills. In this role, you must be able to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment where the ability to work autonomously is critical for driving successful outcomes. Equally important is flexibility and partnering to effectively contribute to team projects and/or provide coverage to teammates as workload dictates. Strong relationships with those viewed as teammates, strategic partners, service providers, and vendor partners are necessary to ensure successful delivery of services and support.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Support of Prudential’s Long Term Equity services.
    • In this capacity, the incumbent will be responsible for the operational/administrative work in support of long-term equity.
      • Sample processes include: Prudential Omnibus Long-Term Plan, Prudential Stock Purchase Plan, International Stock Purchase Plan, PGIM Long-Term Incentive Plans, Prudential Deferred Compensation Plan, PGIM Omnibus Deferred Compensation Plan, Prudential Securities Inc Retirement Accumulation Plan, Prudential Securities Inc Deferred Compensation Plan and Skandia Deferred Compensation Plan
      • Review and updating of procedural and process documentation
      • Administration of procedural repository and quarterly review process
      • Preparation of data for management reporting and advanced analytics
      • Escalating issues, as appropriate, and providing periodic updates, trends and recommendations
      • Managing multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication
    • Serve as the lead for the long-term cash grant administration and process
      • Validation of monthly cash-based grant data
      • Liaise with business partners to set timing and expectation
      • Review of annual statement requirements, test coordination and overall statement delivery
      • Perform and validate the cash grant pay out calculations
    • Provide support services for overall Equity Administration
      • Daily exercise process monitoring and related vendor coordination
      • Data reconciliation (vendor and on-premises)
      • Monthly processes to support newly requested & recently released grants
      • Annual long-term grant and release processes
      • Ad-hoc reporting (vendor and on-premises tools)
      • Perform routine activities per task lists and SOPs.

  • Lead/assist business analysis efforts for multiple projects – collect and document business requirements; analyze impacts and interdependencies; partner with technology teams to translate business needs into system designs; provide quality review of functional specifications; and coordinate/execute user acceptance testing

  • Provide analytical support to compensation and finance stakeholders – includes providing reports, metrics, analyses, and presentations to address business requests


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrator, or relevant experience
  • A minimum of three year of experience developing processes and tools to support the business, including writing procedures
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis and data analysis.
  • Ability to work in teams and actively participate in making decisions and show problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in resolving problems/issues
  • Ability to develop concise presentations to summarize business issues/decisions
  • Possess strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Experience with operations management or Long-Term Equity administration is a plus.
  • Familiarity with process management. Experience with large, complex organization process management is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of an administration or services function, with the ability to present and clearly explain information to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Advanced Excel and/or Access skills are required
  • Proficient in Word, and PowerPoint
  • At times, extended working hours are required to meet business needs
  • Open to Prudential offices or remote/virtual

*Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.

Salary range specific to Colorado: $83,300-$118,300 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
