The Finance team for PGIM Private Capital (PPC) has an opening for a Planning & Analysis Specialist. PPC is the global private fixed income business of PGIM. Your role on this team will support senior leadership and other key stakeholders in analyzing, evaluating and reporting the financial performance of the business.


  • Participate in the preparation of multi-year forecasts of revenues, expenses, assets under management and other key metrics of financial performance
  • Prepare analysis and commentary around the actual and forecasted financial results of the business
  • Support annual benchmarking studies and other competitive analysis
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation and reporting of assets under management
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improving existing financial reporting and forecasting processes
  • Assist with business specific projects and other ad-hoc requests from business partners
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of key financial deliverables

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 3-5 years of prior work experience preferably in a Forecasting or Financial Reporting role, but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates curiosity and interest in learning about the business and its key drivers
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Requires a high ethical standard and an ability to work with confidential information
