Walmart Connect (the digital ad sales arm for Walmart.com) is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full funnel ad solutions leverage Walmart's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with Walmart consumers, and convert Walmart consumers to shoppers.

Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced operations leader to run our Billing Operations/Revenue Cycle management team. Reporting into the head of Revenue Operations, this individual will also be a part of the leadership team that will help drive the overall direction of our Revenue Operations organization.

We are looking for an individual who loves to build and scale teams and businesses, set a vision, and realize that vision through a combination of strategic and operational chops powered by data. As a member of the Walmart Connect team, you will work alongside groups of industry experts in Operations, Sales, Product and Engineering in a rapidly and exponentially growing business.

Responsibilities

  • Craft the strategy and vision for the Billing Operation team and drive the implementation of this vision partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor and motivate a team of 15+ employees to deliver results against established measurable team goals and KPIs.
  • Evaluate various revenue streams with cross-functional partners to establish end to end workflow, enabling accurate and timely billing for all products at scale.
  • Define standard operating procedures, with clearly articulated and cross-functional approaches, workflows, SLAs to deliver a world-class support experience to both internal and external customer inquiries and disputes related to billing.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Legal to evaluate customer contract terms, exception transactions, new product offerings, and define support process.
  • Take ownership of data stewardship and billing control processes to fulfill SOX and audit requirements.
  • Seek opportunities for efficiency improvements and drive implementation of the solutions around the order to cash process including the launch of credit card solution to advertisers.
  • Build productive and positive partnership with global tech and support teams to scale and further automate existing process flows.


Qualifications
  • 8 - 10+ years of progressive experience within revenue operations or revenue accounting process; 3+ years in a leadership or management position
  • Proactive leader who is proven in developing high-performing team.
  • Exemplary analytical, verbal / written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence management and contributors at all levels of the organization and across functions
  • Experience with complete automated order to cash workflow automation, preferably in digital ad industry
  • Proven ability to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process

5 years' experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
3 years' supervisory experience
