About the Role

You are a motivated Product Manager, eager to deliver product excellence and help our customers live more focused and fulfilled lives. You want to empower cross-functional teams to be better, faster, and smarter by enhancing ways of working, deploying tools to improve productivity, identifying training opportunities, and communicating important news and information.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Driving improved Ways of Working - via enhancements to 4ITB engagement and improving processes across the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
  • Evangelizing Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) - in coaching teams in OKR management and reinforcing the importance of outcomes over outputs
  • Building collaborative relationships - by identifying key partners and stakeholders and incorporating their input throughout the PDLC
  • Influencing vision and strategies - through the application of product vision and mindset
